Cooking with Fire Dinner Dance Party with Frederic Mujica Live

Part of our new Cooking by the Fire Friday series, we will enjoy delicious latin inspired meat, seafood, fruit and vegetables cooked over fire while enjoying HOT tunes performed by Frederic Mujica.

Just steps from the Beach at Scott's Bay Provincial Park, The Long Table Social Club enjoys a gorgeous view of the Bay and it's amazing sunsets (on a clear day).  This Cooking with Fire culinary and social dinging experience will have you mix and mingle with other guests, sitting together at long tables, eating and drinking great local food while listening to good music.

Frederic Mujica is a Cuban-born Canadian musician living here in the Valley. His latin music and engagement style are energizing and will have you dancing along on your feet or in your seats! He has performed for crowds in Cuba and Canada, including many top tier resorts. He is an entertainer you don't want to miss! Local Dance Instructor Libby Tobias will help us get the dance started by teaching some basic steps and getting the line dance started!

Please arrive between 6pm and 6:30pm to enjoy the event to the fullest. If the weather is good enough, we will be outside on the patio. If not, we will reserve inside for ticketed guests. This is a ticketed event, advanced tickets are required to guarantee a spot. Tickets are $10 (plus tax and fees) to cover the cost of entertainment. Prix Fixe Menu:

5 courses ($65/pp)

1st: Tortilla chips with Mexican street corn salad

2nd: Grilled pork street tacos with salsa aguacate

3rd: Cheesy beef enchiladas

4th: Shrimp veracruse, served with rice, black beans, fresh greens and tomato slices

5th: Dessert - Creme Caramel/Flan

Please select your meal type in advance when purchasing your advanced ticket. Substitutions will not be permitted during the dinner.

Our style is casual and we encourage you to dress in your most vibrant beach/vacation outfits! Shirts and shoes required please! Weather permitting, we will be dining outside so please dress according to the weather by the Bay of Fundy!
