This Cooking with Fire culinary and social dining experience invites you to mix and mingle with fellow guests, gathering at long tables to savor and sip on amazing local food while enjoying fantastic music.
The Man in Plaid
Laurie Bolivar is an experienced entertainer gigging all over Nova Scotia, both in bands and solo as The Man in Plaid. With an edgy voice and eclectic guitar stylings, he performs rock and Maritime classics in his own unique way. Laurie has been playing guitar and singing alongside several bands since starting out in the 80s in Nova Scotia. As a multi-instrumentalist, he puts the spice in the reminiscent stew. This ticket reserves one spot at The Long Table to enjoy live entertainment, social dining service and a 3-course fire-cooked dinner for the specific event on the date indicated on the ticket. This ticket covers entertainment. Each guests must order food and beverage at additional cost. Guests must order from the Cooking with Fire menu. Substitutions at Management's discretion.
