About the event
The inaugural Great Annapolis Ride cycling event will take place on July 31 and Aug 1, 2021. The ride is a fully supported social ride through the Annapolis Valley wine region. Starting in Windsor and camping overnight in the stunning Scots Bay before finishing the next day at Planters Ridge Winery, this is the ride you've been waiting for. Supported by Bicycle Nova Scotia, the Great Annapolis Ride is a fun, friendly and challenging weekend that will stay with you long after the lycra is put away!
We are proud to announce Wounded Warriors Canada is our charity partner for the inaugural Great Annapolis Ride. During the current pandemic, our First Responders and their families are facing immeasurable stress and real risk to their health during these tough times. Funding is what drives their support programs and provides the help needed for these members and their families.
For every cyclist participating in the Great Annapolis Ride, a portion of the registration fee contributes to funding Wounded Warriors Canada's projects. We also encourage everyone who can spare a few dollars to make a donation directly to Wounded Warriors Canada here.
